SAGAS Security Services have been providing well-trained and qualified security personnel to clients ever since the start of our business. Our focus on discipline and training have resulted in strong performances and market recognition.
We put much emphasis on these 2 areas. Firstly, during recruitment phase, all selected candidates must go through the required ‘Basic Security Training (DIKLAT GADA PRATAMA)’ and secondly, constant and regular ‘Refreshment Trainings’ in jobsites for our security personnel, making sure they stay fit both physically and mentally to handle the task at hand.
Training materials that we provide for our security personnel are always updated and kept relevant in terms of their environment, job scope and task; required to perform at their respective areas of work (jobsite). We also set goals and monitor vigorously in regards to attendance, integrity, attitude, ability, ethics, discipline, and teamwork.
